At Happy Haul, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 30-day easy return policy.

Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.
